About Me

Who is Paul Cionczyk?

A Chicago native, Paul brings his real world experiences to life with Coldwell Banker. Having graduated with an Economics Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Paul focused himself in operations and marketing, working with one of the fastest growing franchise companies in the US and traveling to over 25 states. Through his travels, Paul’s entrepreneurial spirit settled him down in Phoenix, AZ where he channeled his experiences and founded a successful company in the trending food truck industry. There, his success was tied to his strong follow through abilities and ruthless negotiation skills. The valley of the sun wasn’t enough for Paul though, as he constantly yearned to be back in Chicago. He missed the Windy City’s deep dish pizza, the fabulous proximity to the lake, and the seasons, oh how he missed the seasons. He answered that calling and back to the city he came.

Paul’s Focus-

A Chicago native, who now calls Glenview home, Paul specializes in helping those looking to get out of “the city” and into the North Shore region of Chicago. Paul takes all of his skills and combines them to become the Super-Realtor. His strong understanding of today’s ever-changing technology allows him to utilize the most current tools to provide you with the most accurate and up to date information.
